“INCO a Unique exhibition”

The INCO industrial expo is a unique series-and is customer focused, said Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen on 13 August.

“My Ministry supports many Government Industrial Organizations some of which are manufacturers linked to exports” said Minister Bathiudeen.

He was addressing the awards night of INCO 2016 held at Golden Rose Hotel, Borelasgamuwa on 13 August. The Launching Ceremony of Inco 2016 was held on 28th January 2016 and the exhibition itself was held on 24 June at BMICH. Minister Bathiudeen was addressing the awards night of INCO 2016′ various events.

“INCO is a unique exhibition, catering to the expectations of the General Public who want to experience the exhibition with their families. Also it caters to the expectations of the Participants who desperately want to get a considerable return for the money and time they spend” said Minister Bathiudeen, and added: “I am happy to say that the Inco organizers have understood this reality and they have made INCO as far as possible an exhibition of multiple activities that caters to all family members. The INCO Industrial Exhibition is a customer focused large Industrial Exhibition in the country which provides an opportunity to the local industrialists and business entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. My Ministry supports many Government Industrial Organizations some of which are manufacturers linked to exports. The local manufacturers in the state sector as well as in the private sector need a lot of encouragement facilities and motivation to improve their industries. I am glad that Inco has made it their prime objective to assist and promote the local industries through this exhibition. It is not easy to conduct a mega event of this nature for the 14^th consecutive year and that is a clear testimony for the dedication and the commitment your members have. The Incorporated Engineers who organize this exhibition have all the rights and the responsibilities to give a helping hand to the local industry as they play a key role in the Industrial Sector in carrying out operational and maintenance activities. I congratulate all the Award Winners of Inco-2016 and also assure you my fullest support for this worthy exercise in the years to come.”
