Former minister Rishard Badurdeen was acquitted by the Fort Magistrates court on Wednesday, Nov.2 from the charges under the prevention of terrorism act in relation to the Easter Attack case filed against him.
The CID arrested Legislator Bathiudeen on 24 April 2021 over the charges of aiding and abetting the Easter Sunday attackers.
